i'm looking for work again.....i left the last job on a dats notice to help my girlfriend move to D.C. i am here, she is there. i dont know what else to say. its whacked in my head. making decisions on this one. not today.

had a conversation with a friend last nite. we were drinking a bottle of wine and religion came up. i think she mentioned it first. a very devout christian, and animated, and still intelligent. she takes the good book literally. talking about noah's ark: two by two, duplicates of all the animals (actually she went on to say 7 pairs, equalling 14 of each). i explained, hey lady the problem i got with that sort of belief is that there were a lot of other people around as life progressed and expanded that never had their story told. what we've got here in the old and new books is a partial recording and even those are parables. i have never read any of it from cover to cover, never had to go to church growing up (Fidel frowned upon it for some time), so my opinion is just that. its based on my own experience with life. she nodded as i spoke and agreed that i had a point. "because there was a period after the ark where things skip ahead to the grapes being ready for harvest, so a couple year gap or something....huh, yeah i don't know about that".....she said. i don't know either. we ahd a good time travelling through versions of history though. hell fire adam's rib, the Sin oozing out in the form of a chick. beautiful imaginations in this life.

shaved head this week. life is not bad. big, gigantic okra, watermelons. pickled the okra. we're eating the melon. best ever. not mealy. lots of water, crisp and sweet enough. i eat the seeds and spit them. shared with fathers cousin who is losing it after being placed in assisted care..

she loved the melon.
