Saw Jonsi from Sigur Ros on Halloween at the Tabernacle in Atlanta. I think my favorite bit of banter was how excited Jonsi was that it was Halloween. He said something like, "We don't have Halloween in Iceland, this is so awesome."

It was one of the better shows I've been to in a long time. They paid attention to so much detail: costumes, video animations, performance, etc. Great stuff.

Can't get over how awesome the new Deerhunter album, Halcyon Digest, is. So proud of my hometown boys. Every time they put a new record out, I keep thinking "There's no way they can top the previous one," but they do it time and time again. Add to it their side projects like Atlas Sound and Lotus Plaza and this handful of guys is putting out an insane quantity of high quality stuff
