i didn't leave the editorship by choice. I understand, vaguely, the rationale and am deeply saddened by what I perceive to be inflexibility. Don't make a mistake. No feedback was given. Article published, then it was pulled, then boom, fired. I support SG and of course they have a right to determine what goes in and what stays out and who. So, it isn't a matter of rights. I didn't know that one needed to articulate certain opinions and certain ideologies and not others. The "we" in "we report we decide" doesn't include all the editors, of course there is hierarchy as in any business. Some companies work with incoming workers who make mistakes and give feedback so the worker learns and the company sees that as an investment that pays off over time. Others fire outright and pull articles.
