I was watching Road Warrior the other day and saw a scene where Mel Gibson is searching a body and tosses away a bunch of stuff that I would keep. I wouldnt really keep it for any particular reason, just because it seems like theres a remote chance it could come in handy later. This led me to question my chances of survival if I were to be a wanderer in a post apocalyptic world. I would probably be killed because I would have so much stuff weighing me down. This realization hurts me because Ive always prided myself on the thought that I would pretty much have my shit on lock if I were to be left to survive in a world like that. Idk, I guess Im just saying that the Road Warrior is the first movie Ive seen in a long time that has made me realize something about myself.
