San Antonio was disappointing. Actually, it was just like going to Baltimore. Except I have friends in Baltimore.

After a long day of installations and TIG welding, it's good to have a long weekend. And a foxy lady to share it with.

Best. Birthday. Ever.

It actually started off pretty bad. The bike wasn't running too well. I had to go to work. Etc. But then, I got out of work early, after having a REALLY successful couple of hours. Then the bike went back to normal. Then my ladyfriend took me out for the best dinner ever. EVER! Then a stack of the raddest presents, etc. OH! And the best swiss chocolate cake with cherries and pineapple. She rules.

Last night, as my ladyfriend and I were sound asleep, someone (more than one someone) came into our yard with various tools, shut off our central air conditioning, cut the lines, and removed the unit from the side of the house.

Now we have window air conditioners on, and the ceiling fans, and it's fine. But seriously, who steals the air conditioner off the side of someone's house? And it had to be more than one person, because there's no way to move it by yourself. So not only did someone have to think it was a good idea, but someone had to convince someone else to help them.

"Come on, bro. It's a great idea! We go to a nice neighborhood in the middle of the night, find a house with people in it, and we'll just steal the A/C and whatever else... Yeah. It's a good plan. You got a truck, let's do it... Come on! I'll buy you a sandwich at Subway when we're done.... Uhhh... I'll be your best friend!"

My ladyfriend and I went to Florida for Easter. Drove a convertible to the beach. People look at me and that car, and they say "Wow. How did that dirtbag manage to get his hands on THAT?"

Usually, they say that when I'm out with my ladyfriend.

So 2 weeks ago, I did a road trip with my boss to DC to take some stuff to a show. It was a crazy trip. Then last weekend, My ladyfriend's dad came to visit. This weekend, my mom is visiting with her boyfriend and my great aunt. Then next weekend, I'm meeting them in Dallas to hang out.

I mowed the lawn 6 days ago. It needed it again today. Drag.
