Its been quite a while....BUT I'm back!!!!
Had a great night seeing the Suicide Girls in Charlotte. Even better was seeing my old friend Nixon Suicide. I'm a total zombie today but it's worth it. I'm sooo happy to be back!
The only problem is a lot of this has changed in the past year and I have some learning to do.

I think someone stole my cat...she has been missing for 4 days, she is not dead on the street and is super cute and loveable.
I met up with an old friend last night. He has literally lost his mind. Very sad, he was a cool guy.
My step grandmother (bitch)...if that makes since...sent along a bunch of things that belonged to my grandfather. (He passed away a few months back). It was junk. Not cool junk either. Things like Listerine breath strips and old razors. We did get two partial place setting of the once complete 8 piece silver setting that belonged to my great grandmother; along with a few pieces of cheap silver from a setting we had never seen. If there is anyone out there who is missing some cheap silver, I may have a piece. Oh yes, if anyone is missing directions to their garage door opener, I might have an extra copy.

Last night was pretty exciting. My friend, whom I have known since middle school, gave birth to a beautiful baby boy! His name is Gabriel. He looks like a turtle in that cute baby way. The whole time we were there he kept sticking his tongue out as if to discover either how to use it or why it was touching air. Hmmm, the mind of a baby.
I still have to finish a project for school that was due last week. Why am I so bad at writing papers? I hate it. I will do anything else as far as school goes with enthusiasm, but I don't do papers!! What makes this crazier is that I go to cosmetology school. There's no papers in hair school! Don't they know this? I thought I left the world of book reports when I graduated from college. But alas, here I sit. (And not doing so well at it either)
I think I'll go water my flowers....

I went to see some special olypics events yesterdays and then went to the park but came home early (I think i caught a glimps of some smoke coming off my left arm).

I got my hair done at school today and it is NOTHING like it was supposed to turn out. I look crazy. I was going for a nice bold red color with some golden streaks but I didn't want it too wild....bold yet sophisticated perhaps is the best way to describe the look. My hair looks like ketchup and mustard had a squirt war on my head and Ronald McDonald won. Well actually its kinda growing on me. I really like the red but the gold is a bit scarry. I wish the red was all over.
On a better note, I finished my hair cutting classes now I can cut anyone's hair....hahahahaha!

WOW yesterday was a lot of fun. This photographer came to our school to take "glamour shots" type pictures. No one wanted to have them done but the school was making us. Instead of just going the normal route we all dressed up real crazy and it ended up being a lot of fun. I don't know what they are going to think of the pictures when they get them back and see how we looked (the school likes to print up everyone's picture and hang it on the wall). Oh well. That's what they get for liking that hideous shit.
As for today, I can't go to school. I had to go to the bank this morning and the banks don't open before 9. If I am not inside the door at my school they will lock you out and not let you in. I guess it's a way of punishing people who are habitually late or want to sleep in, but for those of us who have adult lives and just want to go to school its ridiculous. They piss me off so much but there is nothing I can do. At least I could enjoy the day and get some stuff done.
