@missy and @rambo asked us to write about what made us feel good this week!
I started doing yoga online with Melissa West a few years ago, although I had stopped over the last several months. Her classes weren't my first experience with yoga, but they were the beginning of me falling in love with the practice. Lately, I've been feeling depressed, anxious, tired, and very irritable so I decided to make her class part of my routine again. She broadcasts a weekly free video on youtube in addition to her membership site. I started integrating the practice into my routine almost everyday for the past week, and not only do I feel better but my boyfriend has noticed a huge improvement in my attitude! She's been working on a series of class about yoga for gratitude and they've really helped me to appreciate all of the positive things in my life.
I'm especially grateful for my amazingly supportive boyfriend, he's been my rock through some hard times the past year. He's so understanding and accepts me 100% for who I am.
I'm also grateful to have recently worked through some issues with my family, allowing us to heal and be close again. I'm also grateful for my kick ass job, and the opportunities I've gotten as a performer and a model. SG has especially opened a lot of doors for me, and I even have a new set coming out next Friday shot by one of my favorite photographers @andrealaz
If you want to talked more with me about what I've been doing (and appreciating!) tune into the suicide girls periscope Thursday morning!
