More on the "Fuck." drama later.

Meanwhile, work on my bike grinds inexorably forward...

I started laying out the framework for the seat:

More sandblasting:

Hours and hours of sanding with 180 grit emery cloth on the frame, swingarm, and center stand and it's about ready for primer:

Primed everything and started painting:

Head taped up prior to sandblasting:

After blasting (and washing and washing and washing):

Chopstick whittled down to make a valve guide reamer:

Painting in progress:

UPDATE:

Breathe deep, everybody! Whewwww!

Drama sucks. You're bike looks like it's coming along nicely though. That paint job looks especially nice!

I love the step by step pictures that you do.

I only ever seem to find the time to do before and after pics for my little projects.

I really love that red frame, it's going to look sooo awesome. The one orangish pic is from the flash right? I'm assuming the redder ones are what it looks like. I forgot (if I knew) what color for the bodywork, black? I took the mustang for a drive last night. It needs an alignment, steering effort is greater than before but holy crap did everything tighten up. I need to take some pics of the old stuff, not one good boot on any of the ball joints, one upper arm had made the hole that it's shaft pivots through a big old oval! Anti-sway bars are awesome gizmos, flat as can be in the turns. It used to feel like an oil tanker.

I used to have mine about shoulder length, then I figured out it's really not a good look for me. My hair gets curly so it starts to look pretty girly. . .

Well maybe you should have like 1 or 2 people that you write letters to, I think it is just good for the mind and body and soul, and I know a lot of people love to get mail since most mail people get are bills, I get pretty excited with I get something in the mail from some one. I'm not saying you shouldn't do most of you messages on the internet but I just think it is cool to have a couple of close friends to just write a letter to, I think it is fun.
