Once again, it's been quite a while since I wrote anything. And once again, I don't really have much to say. Nothing new or exciting has happened. But I thought I'd say a little about this time of year. The vast majority of people love this time of year. The giving, the love, the presents! Me, I really don't care for it. The reason is that my father died on Dec. 29th, 4 days after Christmas. Sort of ruined the whole season for me. Even though its been 13 years now, I still don't much care for Christmas. I just haven't been able to work up any Christmas cheer since then. I'm glad other people enjoy the season, don't get me wrong. It's just not for me. Well, thats all for now. Oh, one other reason I don't like this season- my birthday is Dec. 29th. Yes, my father died on my birthday.

I don't really care for x-mas either because it's a religious holiday and I'm not religious. I believe in reincarnation so I also believe your father is still here just in another form. So try to cheer up on your birthday Here's a present for you.

I hope you're feeling better sweetie... It can be difficult losing someone so important to you. Enjoy that you still have your mother. I'm sure she misses him as well. Try to do something with her, for both of you, to get your minds onto all the positives of his life.

Hot air ballooning really was special.
I've seen better days, but I just need to keep at it. I know it isn't right to feel like this.... I just need to learn how to change it
