I made broccoli cheese soup tonight... it's amazing if I do say so myself...
I added a little bit more pepper than I usually do, along with a few extra herbs I thought I'd try.

I feel kind of down but it's nothing I can't deal with... and will be passing soon I hope.
There's supposed to be storms tonight. I'm excited for that.

Yeah I'm kind of down myself, it doesn't help that everything in that pic is blue wink
Well I hope we both cheer up

Hey, you could be a brocoli and cheese model! tongue

I had some brocoli and cheese from Jason's Deli yesterday. I had to add a little salt and pepper though.

That's a really hot bowl of soup. Whenever I used to get really depressed I'd stay up all night watching anime and eating doritos. I'd go for a walk and watch the sun rise. Then I'd go all the next day without any sleep. It's important not to take any naps.I'd be a walking zombie, but wouldn't really feel anything. Then--and here's the really important part--I'd get a full eight hours of sleep the next night, and feel fabulous in the morning. Sleep deprivation resets the chemicals in your brain. It's my own home remedy for the blues. Got me through college smile
