haven't updated in a while because i haven't done a whole lot. i can't find a job to save my life and i'm broke as fuck. i've mostly been trying to be productive in other ways like going to the gym and catching up on reading. and i haven't even been writing cause i've been too stressed out to focus on plot and character development. so that's great. hopefully shit will change soon. either that or i'll have to start killing people. again.

"Joe Tobal, why don't you just come home with me tonight?" is officially the best line a girl has ever used on me.

so, i was recently in LA. umm....i don't really have any pictures from the trip. just a couple stupid, random shots on my camera phone, mostly of lame stuff like the hollywood sign from the griffith observatory and the dr seuss star on the walk of fame. i'm usually not very good with picture taking. i leave that job to other people.

as for life in general, i'm currently unemployed, done with school, and broke. so the exciting part of my life is temporarily suspended until i can find a source of income. (though i did finally get all my grades in. got an A- on my final thesis. bam.)

lastly, i've been hanging out with Royal a whole bunch who is amazing and a menace. expect to see the two of us at a bar together in the near future, terrorizing the neighborhood.

five days ago, i graduated from college. i'm still waiting for my final grades to come in, but chances are my official NYU gpa will be a 3.5. this accomplished while i having a job most of the time and with all the complete shenanigans i normally partake in. so i only have this to say:

if you thought i was drinking before, then friends, you were sorely mistaken.

cause NOW i am drinking.

last night, i left the bar around 3:30am.

i got on the N train at 8th st heading to queens around 4am.

i fell asleep somewhere around times square.

i woke up around 7am.

feeling very hungover, i disembarked the stationed train to find myself not in Astoria, but at Coney Island. (for non new yorkers, that is the exact opposite end of my train line. it is the furthest possible place i can be from home.)

my immediate thought: oh my god. what kind of fresh hell is this?
