Hello friends, It's been awhile!
Big changes are happening in my life.


A nice update: I've lost some weight.
I've been KILLING it in the gym. Beastmode! I'm working weekly with a nutritionist still and it finally feels like for once in my life I care about being HEALTHY and FIT, not skinny. Yeah, I'll get skinny, but I care about being toned and fit way more.
My workout goes like this (if anyone is interested)
Monday Morning: 1 hour cardio
Monday Afternoon: 45 minutes arms
Tuesday Morning: Rest
Tuesday Afternoon: 30 mins abs, 30 mins cardio
Wednesday Morning: 1 hour cardio
Wednesday Afternoon: 1 hour legs
Thursday Morning: 30 mins cardio
Thursday Afternoon: Final Cut class (full body sculpting)
Friday Morning: 1 hour arms
Friday Afternoon: 30 mins cardio
Saturday Morning: Final Cut class (full body sculpting)
Saturday Afternoon: Rest
Sunday Morning: 45 mins abs/back, 30 mins cardio
Sunday Afternoon: Rest


And this is the result of the past 4 months (Ive only been working out for half that time though)
I have another 40 or so pounds to lose, but I'm making progress. If you see something in my routine that should be tweaked, let me know.. I know it seems like I workout a lot- But I LOVE it and my body can handle it.
