backs feeling better.. still sore.. have to see the doc again monday.. and the physio, and arrange an appointment with the psych. and book in a c t scan.. precaution. its still too sore to work. especially the way we have to.
i tried to carry 3 kgs (about 8 pounds) of groceries 50 metres yesterday. i had to stop twice with spasms.
ive lost weight agin
my appetite's non existant
it's more stressful at the moment than being at work, normaly. i'm glad i'm away from the place at the moment. my mate jesse was assaulted by a nut job there... management are trying to brush it off. but it was too serious.
sorry this is a downer. but there are things being done that i will fill u in on soon. my dot of hope i blogged about last time.
anzac day, our soldier's holiday, was yesterday. it was a depressing day...a lot of my family has been to war... there's always a tinge of.. something. solemn respect. gratitude...
i hope my dad's not too hung over
that's if he's stopped drinking .. tsk!
he was a navy signalman..during the viet nam war. on our flagship, hmas sydney. he probably knows more about our involvement in that war than all but a few people.. when the 1st gulf war broke out in 92? the government checked where he was, in case they needed his experience.
he's the freshfaced 23 year old in the middle at the back. next to (you read correctly) shagger mcshane.. apparently old shags wasn't too fussy lol
viet nam, 1970.. just off vung tao? i was 3.. i didn't know him for the 1st 5 years of my life.. he was away a lot.
it was about dad's 6th trip.. he did 9 or 10. he'd been to a war in borneo before that. i worry about him and can't wait to see him and mum soon
