Just a quick update so everyone knows I'm still alive . Have had a few busy weeks & actually got something done I've wanted for years now . I have had a cyst under my skin on my right shoulder for years . Over the years , it had grown & was about golf ball sized . Also , it was finally bothering me with some pain , as the skin over it was too tight .
So last Thursday I went into the hospital & had it removed . The procedure went smoothly & the cyst was nothing to be worried about ( ie cancer ) . The cut from the operation has only really hurt once when I accidentally rolled onto it in my sleep right after . Other then that I've had no pain , which has surprised me . It's pretty itchy now , but I'm still waiting for the stitches , or whatever they are , to start falling out .
Otherwise , been pretty much the same here on the home front . Going to south Jersey Friday to see my sister , who is up visiting my mom . Looking forward to it as I think my niece & maybe one of my nephews will be up with her , & I haven't seen them in about 4 years .
