holy sweet jesus i have not updated this in a long time....
well, today is my bday, and i am basically just on here long enough to check my face book before i hit the bar.
other than that i am still in cold lake. I will try to update tomorrow, if i am not too hungover. Wish me luck

So i am finally in cold lake, also known as the asshole of the world.....make that frozen asshole....
Guess what it did this week..... it FUCKING SNOWED!!! In may!!! i hate snow in december!
When i found out i was coming here i figured it would save me some cash right? hell no. the only thing to do in this town is drink. the golf course is less than good, the theater has 1 screen, and only shows shitty movies, and to top it off, the bars suck. So i just sit around in my shacks drinking, or my buddys place drinking.
On the plus side, it is a long weekend, and i have been BBQing for all of it And a lot of the foreigners here for the excerise are pretty cool, so yay for that?
anyway, bbq is going and the corn is almost done, so later...

i am horrible at updating this. So i moved back into my parents place but i kinda had a good reason...
The reason is i am very cheep haha
Well, the real reason is that I am going to CFB Cold lake for 3 months next week, and i didn't feel like paying for a place i wasn't going to be at. So here i am at mum and dads again. On the plus side they are gone for a week, and i should be leaving the middle of next week for alberta. So go me?
The only downside is when i return i will be at mum and dads till i find a new place, im hoping to rent a house with some of the guys.
Ugh, on a related note, of being back at Mum and Dads, im trying to keep my cat, and my parents cat from fighting, and trying to get my cat to get along with my dog (who my parents were looking after till i found a place that i could have him in). Its proving to be very interesting...

Hey all, been a while sense i updated this.
So now I'm not going to Afghanistan, a friend of mine from another base put in for the same tasking, and he is 3 years senior to me. So he got my spot... which is shitty.
I am now going to be spending my summer in wonderful Cold Lake, Alberta... yay?

Anyway, enough of my work life. So im currently in Halifax, and have been here sense Friday night. On friday i went to the pub my best friend works at (who is the guy whos couch has turned into my bed). While at the Crow i got some free food, and lots and lots of beer go me.

Saturday rolled around, and it was my friend Jen's bday. We used to kinda have a thing for each other, but that died out so it was good to see her for her bday, and she feed me close to 30 jello shooters The only problem is that im rather social while drinking, and now her cousin, who apparently latches on to any guy who shows her even the smallest amount of attention; has decided to do said to me :S So much for being friendly at a party haha. The rest of the party i can't really remember, something about 12 guinness and roughly 30 jello shooters, and whiskey, i stank like whiskey in the morning.

So all and all a good time in halifax so far. Sunday me and the guys jsut relaxed.

Nothing happend to me last night aswell, mostly because in 3 hours im doing the fitness test to try to get into the RCMP, which i dont even want to do anymore, im just this far into the process that i decieded to keep going. And if i get in i'll be makeing a fuckton more money than i am now. So wish me luck?

holy shit, Im going to Afghanistan....
So at work i put my name in to go over for every possible tasking, tour, and ect that i possibly could. And now apparenly i am going. I'll be leaveing in June for 60 days. Its nota a full tour, but its still a trip over.
Telling my family was kinda interesting, Mum cried, a lot...
Im still sorta "holy shit this is happening", which is weird, cus i volunteered for this :S
But anyway, i cant really think of anything to write, so i put this haha

Ugh... my laptop isfucked.
I took it into staples over 2 weeks ago because the power cord was fucked and wouldnt work anymore... so they sent it into HP to get fixed (its still under warrenty). I go into staples yesterday to check on it, and its back so were going over everything to make sure its fixed and guess what? they didnt even touch the power cord..... all they did was put on a new keybord because i was missing my enter key...
Normally under these conditions i snap and start yelling at people, a lot. Yesterday however i really couldn't. I was still in my uniform for starters, and it looks bad when a guy in the military is freeking out and causing a sceen in the middle of a store.... and second, the manager of staples is a friend of mine ive known sense grade 1...
So there gonna send my laptop back to HP for them to fix, and untill than i stole my fathers, which is also fucked up, but useable. yay...
On the plus side, ive gone down to drinking once a week, and im drinking a lot lessthat 1 day, so go me?

I am HUNGOVER haha
so i went out last night and got destroyed.... haha
it was a really really really drunk time haha. I might still be slightly drunk as i am writing this...
So on to the actual night. Myself and my best friend Lori decided to go out to the bars. we got my friend Jimmy to drive us in. First we had to stop at Lori's place so she could tell her bf what we were doing. he got pissed we were going out, mostly cus he hates me. So they got in a fight, I didnt make it too the bar till around 1210. Which sucks. And sans Lori... So i got wasted by myself. Than i traveled to the place open till 4am by myself. As a result of this i now have to go to my sketchy cousins place to chill with him for a bit today :S Anyway, i ran into Lori and her bf at the bar, than got blackout drunk. I woke up this morning with 2 chicks i never met before, and i have no idea how they got into my bed, but hey, who's complaining? not I
anyway, i finally got them out this morning, and i tried to read a book, mostly because its quiet. However i am so hungover/still drunk that i cannot read... well, i can, buts a slow painful process... so the simpsons it is haha

So its the day after Boxing day, the mall opens today, and I'm hungover as shit. All this means, more xbox games. And enough Simpson to make someone physically ill
So last night was interesting, i had my family potluck, which basically consists of myself and my cousin sitting in the basement drinking until the food is ready, than disappearing back into the basement until my brother drives us home. Than i went to my buddy's potluck, where drinking games ensued. Fun Times
So my memory now gets fuzzy, but i went to the bars for some reason, than i ran into this chick i was seeing who kinda hates me, so i got more loaded.
So now here i am, little memory of the night, a huge hangover, and the Simpson i love this feeling for some reason haha.
anyway, on to locating my car...wish me luck

here we go again. So im on my Christmas leave (vacation), and i went to Halifax for a week, it was a good time, but now both my liver and bank account hate me. A lot. On a related note, becoming a hermit failed, but now that i am in more debt than i was in before i tired the hermit thing, lets try Evan the hermit, round 2.
To prepare for this, and get me though my leave without losing my mind, i have my xbox, and my hookah. The problem is, my house is still being invaded by stoners, who smoke my hookah, and play my xbox, leaving me to watch them do so. This makes me want to drink so i am not the only sober person around. Drinking makes me want to go out. So im kinda fucked.
I tried giving everyone the boot a few times, that fails, because they just grab Lori (best friend), and use her keys, than wait for me to get home...
So on that note, im going to go to my parents place to do laundry, and buy more games for my xbox.
