6 years ago today, I landed in Sydney Australia all on my lonesome, with no luggage (lost in transit) and only the clothes on my back. It was raining and I went to the pub:
What a fucking great year that was!
The goatee/mustache remains, however I feel like a completely different person to who I was in that photo. If only I had a time machine!
My footy team (I refuse to call it soccer) Manchester United won the English Premier league last night, for a record 20th time!
Ryan Giggs, my all time favourite player got two assists in the 3-0 win. He has now won 13 premier league titles - also a record. Hes 39 and still at the top of his game. Legend is used too much in todays sport but Giggsy is a true legend.

Accommodation booked for my week in Rome in September for a friends wedding. Kinda having second thoughts already I don't really mind being alone, no mater what part of the world I am in. That being said, being in a non-english speaking country for a week alone is kinda worrying me.
On a more positive note, I've gotten 114 likes so far on my Facebook page for my art. Every like make me feel really good I gotta admit!
I'm attending a weekend screen printing course in Belfast, starting tomorrow. I am really excited cos I tried it years ago and liked it.

Booked my flights for the wedding in Rome. No accommodation booked just yet. I was speaking to the groom last night and he told me a lot of the others are only staying in Rome for the actually wedding and them going elsewhere, mainly because of Rome is supposedly too expensive.
Well I have a week in Italy no matter what, just need to figure out what to do. Ideally by the time September comes around, I'll have at the very least a friend who happens to be a girl to take with me. But until that miracle happens, I think I'm just going to book accommodation in Rome for the week. I not confident about going to non-english speaking country as it is, never mind trying to travel to other parts of the country by myself.
