Good evening to you all

Today is/was probably the best weather since last summer, I heard on the news this morning it may even be the hottest day in Northern Ireland history, for the month of March anyway.

Anywho, I went to town to buy some more fruit and veg for my smoothies. For those not in the know, after 30yrs of 99.9999% (pretty sure I had an orange a few years ago) avoidance of fruit and veg, I'm going to try my best to rectify that. I shall go about it in the form of smoothies.

Today = 1 carrot, 1 apple, half a cucumber, a handful of blueberries, a handful of raspberries, a cupful of apple & mango juice, a dash of honey and a sprinkling of nutmeg. Blend that shit and down the hatch!!! YUMtastic if I do say so myself

I stumbled upon this video today. Although its not really my kinda thing, her use of samplers and loops is pretty impressive and awesome to me. Enjoy:



In other news, I had to construct some barriers to keep our dog Goldie at the back of the house, in the shade cos in his 95year with us, hes a tiny bit dopey in regards to sitting in direct sunlight!

He doesn't really look quite as vibrant and awesome, but this is how I always see him:

My profit is virtually nothing on everything but standard prints, and is even worse when the dollars are converted to pounds, BUT, some money is always better than no money!

I always want to write longer blogs, but I always seem to have too many negative thoughts going on in my head I seriously think I should get me some therapy. My speech impediment has me pretty much stuck on pause in life as everyone else, (no matter at what speed) keep on moving forward. I've been stuck on pause for a long time and yet I still do nothing about it. Fear has me crippled.
