i think fear is the greatest disabler.. ive been in post traumatic stress disorder counseling for almost two years and thats basically someone helping you push your fear aside.
i went through speech therapy for awhile also.. from the effects of a stroke..
we should become goooooood friends lol

You art is fantastic! You should market yourself to companies that do things like iphone covers and such...

Don't stop doing what you do

I know what you mean about feeling like you're stuck on pause, I've spent too much of my life in a similar state. Even now it can be a fight to move against everything sometimes. Seems like you have a positive outlet in your art though, and I'd hang on to that - being able to do something that you enjoy, and that you're clearly very good at, is worth a lot in my opinion

i've thought about therapy, but then i just got a tumblr instead and it's saved me a bit of cash. in all seriousness, though, i feel what you're going through. i grew up with a pretty major speech problem as well, but it took a lot of years of speech therapy (not the operation, though, fuck that) to get over. i still get all tripped up and make an ass out of myself, but people have all told me that they find it disarming or endearing. i'm sure yours is the exact same way. in any case, best of luck. just don't let fear or sadness get in your way. <3

certain ones can be healed with surgery. all the do is cut about half of the frenulum out (the thing that holds the bottom of your tongue in your mouth), but they don't use sedation. my parents definitely gave that a big 'fuck no'. haha.

Yeah man for sure. Even a small profit is still a profit. Plus it's a sign that people appreciate your art and that it has an audience out there. That's gotta be a good thing
