Stupid renters! The renter of our other house is moving out the day before we leave to Mexico to get married. This blows, now we have to come home to work on the house and not enjoy being newlyweds first. Besides that it means at least a months lost rent while we do minor repairs and find a new renter which doesn't leave enough money for the kitchen remodel we are planning here. Stupid renters! I don't want to own rental property.
