i've had a splitting head ache for the last 3 or 4 days straight...

so I'm starting to wonder if I might have a concussion...I discovered a painful lump on the side of the top of my head and can't remember hitting my head on anything. there's a scab up there so it definitely struck something. it wouldn't be the first time i hit my head (or got hit in the head) and couldn't remember it thanks to a bruised brain piece...i think they say the more you get the worse they are for you. is there a doctor in the house?
