so anyways i ordered a new lap top. its another gateway. i like them. my last laptop lasted a little over 4 years and the thing was on almost non stop. like literally it got turned off just about only when i went on a trip. otherwise it was a 24 hour work horse. i was planning on getting a new one soon enough anyways...but i was thinking more 6 months from now.
whatever, its done and i'm happy with my new laptop.
oh, and windows 7 looks and feels a lot like vista, but they got rid of the crappy updating system they had, and they have some cool new tools that i think will make using this thing a lot of fun. like that two active screen at once thing they show on the commercials. it works well and its pretty convenient.
well, i'm off to go play with it some more.

holy fuck, i just found something new and awesome. i have this double finger mouse pad...i'm describing it wrong, but it works kind of like the i-touch screens. you can use two fingers to rotate, scroll, zoom, etc. i thought it was a pretty neat function.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I figure. Maybe I'll give him some up front price (like $1000 or something) and when he says no, I'll tell him I'm out.

Awesome, my printer can do that! It's amusing to me that I can edit audio and video but have a hard time printing! Enjoy the new laptop!
