Well, since this past Saturday, I've started on an exercise routine of mostly kickboxing boot camp, with some core, upper body and combat training exercises (thanks to GIBrett's instruction). Yesterday I took before pictures and today I measured and figured out my BMI and body fat percentage so I can watch myself shrink.
I also started a semi-private group on facebook where other people that need motivation and to hold themselves more accountable can put their info and track their progress. If anyone is interested, I'll give you the link. It's a "closed" group which means you can see who's in it, but you can't see anyone's posts unless you're a member.
I'm going to treat it like an SG group where I'd like to see that you're not just a troll or a PSW fan or whatever, but actually trying to obtain a goal. Also, if you're inactive for a while, I'll remove you because it's not doing anyone good to have people that aren't really interested in bettering their health and/or bodies.

I really need to do that, Ive sort of grown sideways in last few months and got a really big shock when being measured for a new suit recently as to what my real size is.

How's the weight loss exercise going? I am starting on that myself. I think measuring and documenting the change helps and is important.
