We don't have a lot of money right now (or ever, really) and Brett's mom said not to get them anything..even told me not to make anything for Christmas dinner (does she hate my cooking?). Still, I'm the type of person who needs to do something. Finn is going to give a macaroni wreath magnet, spray painted silver and Oriana, one of her foot prints. I want to do something for Brett's step-dad and was thinking a flask for when they go golfing on colder days and making a flask cozy for it.

I always think my gifts are stupid, so I'm seeking further opinions.

can you sew up an apron or a scarf for his mom? you can get some fat quarters for a dollar something at walmart.

she has 2 aprons already and she's like Brett- always hot and under dressed. i threw around the idea of painting a rolling pin for decoration cause she likes stuff like that and i bought one that never got used.. something gay on it like "live-laugh-love".. idk. i suck.
