I am hoping the stomach plague has left the house finally. The kids have been fine (of course) but it's been lingering on me. Ugh. I'm feeling pretty good. Although I know I haven't been drinking enough water. I also need to get back to belly dance practice. I've not lost too much weight (which isn't the real goal) but I've been feeling the difference (the real goal) well I was till the stomach plague hit.
