FICCO is to blame for my absence here... *FICCO (International Contemporary Film Festival in Mexico City)
also must I thank FICCO for amazing films such as The Boss of It All by Lars Von Trier, I don't want to sleep alone by Tsai Ming Liang from Malasya, Crickets by Japanese director Shinji Aoyama, the grotesque, yet beautiful Hungarian film Taxidermia, by so freakin talented, and too young to be true, György Pálfi, and the object of my obsession lately, Shortbus amazingly well directed by another too talented to be true and also really young John Cameron Mitchel, who also directed Hedwig and the Angry Inch... I actually saw the film twice in less than a week and highly recomend it! it is unbelievable, and I loved it, all of the cast is brilliant, the story is so honest and real and filled with life, you can actually feel in touch with the characters...
it's like the sixties. but with less hope. *justin bond, shortbus

I'll catch up with you guys as soon as the festival is over... I still have to see new David Lynch's film which has
been said is a huge trip!
I love you all... I miss you all... and still feel so very sorry for not being around as much lately...

i was there!
couldn't go to taxidermia 
they toldme there were no mor tikts and then i went home and i was doing soem exersise and then they called me like 5 minutes before..yes there are still some tikts.. i can't make it on friday.. i have a hockey game.

Well lately I haven't been the greatest, although I'm much better than last week. A friend of mine died about a month ago and I locked up my feelings for that long. They started to burst out last week in a fit of depression and anxiety. I started dealing with my feelings a few days ago though and I'm feeling much better.
Actually I disapeered from SG for awhile, but I'm back and I'm trying to keep a daily blog. I might however miss a blog here and there and I most likely won't blog on the weekends.

A film festival sounds fun. We don't get any of those around my parts, but we do have cows and farms...oh and lots and lots of trees.
I saw a whole family of racoons once, but I don't want to tell you what I saw the next day in the same spot .

Sounds like an awesome festival - I'm jealous, but glad you're having a good time. Always interesting to see what Lars V. Trier comes up with. Also very curious to see taxidermia; the film sounds great and also one of my favourite music producers, Amon Tobin, did the music for it. And Hedwig and the Angry Inch is one of my favourite films so I'm pretty damned curious to know what that's like.
