I tried IHEAP a few times and they ran out of funding after they helped the elderly which is why (back in Sept!) which is why there was a law this winter about no one being able to be shut off, but since it hit 70...they got to me, but without any notice! I would have tried alot harder to get it paid down if they said hey we are cutting you off! But nothing

It will start in July 
I am shooting way too much this month so July it will be, I still need to get the flyers done, and I am meeting with guy tommorrow to get everything final on my end,, just need flyer approval from staff....should be done within the week.
you gonna come party with us?
