How do you think this dip would be with sriracha instead of Frank's Red Hot?  http://www.franksredhot.com/recipes/franks-redhot-buffalo-chicken-dip-RE1242-1/  Also, I think I may finally make your shrimp mozambique recipe this weekend.

Yikes, it's a bit spicy.  I should have gone with six tablespoons of sriracha.  But, I got an amazing endorphin buzz from those first few bites.  I thought I had a second pound of shrimp in the freezer, but didn't.  So, I subbed 12oz of Thai frozen veggies, a half cup of tri-color bell peppers, and a half cup of chopped kale.  Served over brown rice.  Pretty tasty with the parts of my mouth that can still taste.
