i sold 2 giraffes to Lawyer guy today. $1300. feels pretty fuckin great. this is the first time in my life i've sold something i made. i've always just given my stuff away if someone liked it. i call it (art?)

our route deal is going through and the Santa Fe deal is being processed at the same time. all good. we were pre- approved for another loan to buy a house in Santa Fe as well. the Smash and i hope to go out there in June to "house hunt." i'm not saying this is for reals till i have a check in my hand though. i keep it in the back of my mind that this could all fall apart any time.
