Fractured ribs....
It's amazing how uncomfortable and painful everything is with fractured ribs. I just struggled to cut a raw potato. Took me a real 20 minutes just to lay back down after a bathroom trip at 5:30 am this morning, and that was extremely painful. The healing time of 3-6 weeks can't go by fast enough. It's a painful struggle just to change postion from my side to my back. I fell sunday riding my bike in maple shade nj
Typically you only get injured doing something small because that's when you let your guard down. This time was not different. Just a tire slide on the coping in a small bowl.
Then i see a friend of mine joe (with the long hair and baseball hat) just posted a funny vid regarding street art. I found it pretty funny

it sucks. i discovered tonight that i cant drive backwards, and it hurts to drive over any bumps, or turn any corner. Right when you think things aren't that bad, you find other trivial things you cant do. Like, I have to stop what I'm doing during a casual conversation to focus on taking a full deep breath, which is probably more of a normal breath. It's borderline comical, but sucks at the same time luckily this sort of thing heals
