You ever notice how blue collar jobs still are dominated by men? I mean, I get that most people don't want to work in a lot of jobs like that, but it's one of the few jobs that still have discrimination in it.
Compared to jobs traditionally dominated by women still have many men working in the field (even if a large percentage of them are gay) but you don't see as many women working in jobs traditionally associated with men.
I think this is the reason there're more women in all colleges than men, men have so many more opportunities to learn a career without college, and viable careers for women that don't require college still require some form of schooling (ie cosmetology). Guys can afford to find decent jobs without college, but women just don't seem to have that option.
