is it too anal of me to get really annoyed by bad grammer?

i don't know exactly what it is that is sooo damn irritating but
i cant stand people who have horrible grammar.

it is pretty simple to use correct grammar, truely,
but it seems as though people go out of their way
to be lazy/dumb and not give a shit about presenting
their grammar in an intelligent way.

am i alone on this?
