I finally have my class ring!! It's so fucking amazing to finally have it, it feels like my hand has been missing a giant black onyx ring for the last 2 1/2 years. Ring Night/Thanksgiving was pretty good, food and dinner company were pretty fantastic. Had lots of dancing afterward with our British (and Italian) boyos. A few people came back to our house after to hang out. It's nice actually having people outside the program that I'm comfortably friendly with now. Richard didn't stay very long as he had a paper due that he hadn't started, but Ben actually ended up hanging out with us til 5am, when the three of us left in the living room decided it was time to actually go to bed.

All in all, I think it was a better Thanksgiving than every uncomfortable and tense family dinner I've ever had to sit through, even if the food wasn't quite as good. At least I didn't have to be on anything to make it a good time.
