Went and saw "Derailed" tonight. It was okay. It was very predictable and had quite the slow first half, but some action and violence kicks in in the last twenties minutes or so. I gotta say, there are some sweet looking movies coming out this year.
Harry Potter 4 (there were some geeks with a tent and a t.v. outside of the theater tonight)
Walk the Line
The Ice Harvest
Aeon Flux(I know the show was mindless, but the preview for this make it look fucking awesome)
Memoirs of a Geisha(the book is second on my list right now though i may have to push it up to get it in before the movie)
Chronicles of Narnia
Munich
The Matador(saw a preview for this tonight and it looks pretty funny, plus i like Greg Kinear and i think he doesn't get enough credit)
The cream of the crop is most definitely...
KING KONG
This movie is an example of why movies are made! The preview gives me chills!!!
Can't Wait!!!
Some other possibles: Syriana; Rent, etc.
Next year is starting to look good:
Underworld: Evolution
V For Vendetta
and tonight we saw this preview for a new horror flick called "Pulse". Let me just say...this movie looks FUCKED UP!!! Anyone who reads this(HA!) should go and check out the preiview online somewhere. i dare you to do it with your headphones on in the dark. You may not make it through the night alive!!!
sike!
Look out next week for a new movie review. It won't be very long, but it may save you a trip to the theater. Also, as if you care, stay tuned beacuse in January i'll be moving to San Marcos and opening an online Blockbuster account and seeing mad films. My myspace.com page(http://www.myspace.com/24904357) will be overflowing with information shortly. For now, here is my list of the best and worst movies of the year, in my opinion. Keep in mind, there are still many good movies coming out and i'm sure this list won't even be recognizable by January 1st, but it's a rough start. I decided to stick with eight of each to leave room for growth.
THE BEST
1. Lord of War
2. Jarhead
3. History of Violence
4. Crash
5. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
6. Sin City
7. War of the Worlds
8. High Tension
THE WORST
1. The Fog
2. The Brother's Grimm
3. The Jacket
4. Kingdom of Heaven
5. Exorcism of Emily Rose
6. The Longest Yard
7. The Island
8. The Constant Gardener
Current reading: Wonder Boys(by)Michael Chabon
Verdict: Great so far!!!
That's all for now kids.
Good Night,
and Good Luck.

Jarhead fucking rocks!!!
going to see either Derailed or Chicken Little tomorrow despues de la clase.
utterly sinking into a void of nothingness and self-despair that is only improved by reading good books and hoping that higher education someday helps me obtain everything that i want out of life.
STAY IN SCHOOL, CAUSE IT'S THE BEST

I went and saw "Good Night and Good Luck" last night and i have to say that it was a pretty well made movie with some sly humor and the cool black and white thing. Probably gonna watch War of the Roses at a friens house tomorrow night because i just bought it the other day (i'm up to 190 dvds). If you haven't seen it, i highly recommend it. I still can't believe it was in the comedy section at like three different paces when i was looking for it.
Can't wait for Thursday. I don't have to work, i just have to go to my reading lab for like five hurs and read. It sounds like heaven, but the seats aren't as comfy.
Oh, if you're there Carlie, remember how you used to think David Strathairn was hot. Well, he's in Good Night and Good Luck and he's pretty good. Anyway, enjoy.

This is a poem by E.E. Cummings. I had to put this on here.
i like my body when it is with your
body. It is so quite a new thing.
Muscles better and nerves more.
i like your body. i like what it does,
i like its hows. i like to feel the spine
of your body and its bones, and the trembling
-firm-smooth ness and which i will
again and again and again
kiss, i like kissing this and that of you,
i like, slowly stroking the, shocking fuzz
of your electric fur, and what-is-it comes
over parting flesh . . . . And eyes big love-crumbs,
and possibly i like the thrill
of under me you quite so new
P.S.--i'm sort of watching some pimp my ride right now and they justed played a Tegan and Sara song! Rock and Roll!!!

Today was a landmark day. Today will go down in my personal history as the day i first saw me a real live suicide girl!!! She came in and ate at my work. The funny thing is that contacted her afterward andshe was really cool about it. Iguess she came in to eat with her stepdad. I didn;t want to embarass her so i didn't say anything there. I didn't wait on them this time, but i have once before. The weird thing there is that i did wait on them once and i thought she was really hot then. Her name on the site is calypso, not that anyone is reading this. I had seen her on here before i waited on her, but it didn't occur to me at the time. This time i not only recognized her from waiting on her before, but i also recognized her from here since she just had a set go up. It was quite the exciting time.
In sadder news, i tried to make friendly contact with the ex in Oregon after all this time and she basically told me to fuck off. My community of friends has nhow officially diminished down to my currrent girlfriend. That's okay, she's hot and i love her.
life goes on
by the way...i just plucked one of those hairs that you get just under your eye that aren'teyelashes so you don't see them until they get long. I love doing that.
You see, this is how well i know that nobody reads this fucking thing. I can just talk about anything because i am the only one who reads it. HA!
good night and good luck

So, in a nutshell. This whole porn censorship thing is really gettting out of hand. If parents want to not expose themselves to pornography they need to be better parents. Besides that kids are going to find wht they want to find regardless of what parents do, it's just a matter of time. These are reasons i believe teen pregnancy is so high in this country. Ignorance leads to this kind of sexual disfunction and education is the only true weapon against ignorance. Mr. Attorney General should find something better to do with his time.
moving on...
History of Violence was ridiculously awesome!!! The violence was...very violent, but if you can stomach that sort of thing then you're in for a treat. Excellent acting and an off kilter plot line make this mocie into one of the most original and jaw-dropping movies i've seen in a long time. Awesome!!!
Finished reading "Diary" by Chuck P. and it wasn't as good as his best, but it had its merit in soime ways. If you like his stuff, you'll probably enjoy it. In my opinion, it is not as good as "Lullaby" but you can't win them all.
I've currently moved on to "King Solomon's Mines" and even though i'm only about thirty pages into it I'm already really into it. It might not be the typical "suicide girl" fare, but what is an SG if she can't break a few stereotypes every once in a while.
Music wise, i'm currently rockin' a mix c.d. in mi carro, pero mi disco favorito ahora esta "Requim" by Mozart. Really powerful stuff. If you like classical, you'll love this.
"Waiting" the new comedy about waiting tables comes out on Friday and i'm definitely gonna have to go see it with my friends who are waiters.
O.K. kids (who never read my entries)

I like the sloppy of it
the way i can twist you
and twist me
inside of you
i like the scrape of skin against stubble
i like the way your stomach rolls
even though you're skinny
i like the slap
i like the juice and the moan
come
i like the deep breath
the pounding heart
the toy buzzing
surplus to requirement
like some good old boy
i even like the wipe
evidence misplaced
i like five minutes
because after that
you're in the bathroom
face on the counter
ass on my stomach
it's a little sore now
that's okay
push
you're fogging up the mirror in the dark
pull
the fog clears
push again
now there's the spit of surprise
saliva that doesn't speak
and doesn't say
that you
thought (gasp)
that you wouldn't come again
Sorry, so all of the sudden i was in the mood for some erotic poetry. it'll probably seem ridiculous in the morning, but then doesn't everything?
