so i'm playing the part of the jobless guy. it's different. i've worked full time pretty well since i was in grade 8 or 9. being fired/ quitting {thats a huge story i don't wanta get into right now} is probably the best thing to happen to me in a long time. so why is that you ask. this has given me the time i needed to think. i'm a better person now.

i've sobered up. not going downtown every night drinking my face off, trying to score pussy. i met a girl now that i can see straight. she makes me smile.

enzo {my dog} loves the jobless mike. we hang out all day. play. walk. sleep. eat. i've fell in love all over again.

my house loves me again as well. with my free time i've kept busy fixing, builting redoing. i'm turning my place into a spot that would make people wanta viste. just build a bar. plans may also include a foose ball table, air hockey, dart board. new flat screen. and the best part.....a guinness tap installed for the bar.... all depending on the future...

spending more time with the family....well that's kinda getting old fast. i cook for everyone a couple times a week now though. they seem to like that.

and back to the thinking part. being 23 soon i'm in no rush. i don't worry. never have. nor did i ever plan. so with my time i ask myself what do i want to do? maybe it's time for a plan. and i like what i came up with. i know i love cooking. it's how i've made money the past few years. and i know i wanta travel some more. so this is what i came up with. i'm going to school. gonna learn to cook. i figure papers would be nice to have. meanwhile during the schooling i plan to get my drivers license. then save some cash & start a new life.

so what this comes down to. i'm turning 23 later this year. school for a year. save money for a year. the plan to move is when i'm 25. good age i fugure. as i had said a license will be involved. so i plan to leave here{newfoundland} and slowly work my way west. i want to be living in BC before i'm 30. make a few stops on the way. live & learn. and after BC, either australia or ireland. both of which i've always wanted to go. basically me, my dog & my knifes and something new...

i haven't wrote a new post in two years. but i'm on the site probably at least once a day. i guess i'm just odd that way. i never feel like i have much to say....maybe i should work on that in the new year. meh, we'll see what happens

kegger for keggers

i'm going to collingwood, ont. in feb for this years keg cup. i can't wait. keg cup is basically a weekend when a couple hundred keggers get together somewhere to drink & have a good time. this will be my first year & probably my last year working with everyone in nf so i'm going all out, ha. hopefully my sleeve will be done too so i can show it off like the dork i am.

speaking of which my sleeve has finally been started. i already had the halloween half sleeve so i've got a good start. so far the rough outline has been completed & more outline plus some color at the bottom. it's hard to get a long sitting in because i work so much & we're getting busy now. luckly after my next sitting i have 2 days off so i'm hoping to a good few hours in. if all goes well that is

i've had both my eye brows pierced now for all most a year. i love them. i've only met two other people with it done, so it's something different. anyway everything was fine, healing wise i mean, until about a month ago when i almost had my left side piercing almost ripped out of my face. it sucked, i had a black eye & everything. and now it just wont heal. it hurts to say but i think i'm just going to take both of them out. although i'm thinking i'm going to get them redone after eveything heals completely.

since i've been thinking of taking out my eyebrows, i've also been thinking about removing my lip ring. which i've had done for over 2 years now. only removing it to replace it with 2 lip rings. snake bites, i've heard some call it. it's something i've always liked

so the questions is lose 3 but gain 2?!

sometimes i really hate people. i've been planning a game of paintball for everyone work. theyre always asking what its like & what it costs & saying they want to play. so i go ahead set everything up. gave them 3 weeks notice & yet everyone still fucks off on me. oh i got no money, na i changed my mind, i'm hung over, maybe next time....fucking people

so today was quite the crazy day...after only getting 4 hours of sleep last night...for the reason that i got off work alittle after 1am & had to back in at 7am, so you do the math...i work this morning til 1 than i was lucky enough to get a hours of paintball in. oh how much i love my paintball. it was fucking awesome. than back to work. but work was fucked, i got there at 5 & we drank beer & ate food for the first half hour. so after i was half drunk we got our dinner rush....cooking drunk is fun, haha.
so i dont have much else to say...maybe i will think of something else later

i should really update more...i had a nice long blog wrote last week but i closed the window by accident. awesome right...but on with the fun
so i totally pussed out & decided i'm not going to the warped tour, still driving across canada just minus that. i didn't want to take the extra time off work that i would've needed but mostly i didn't want to leave my dog for any longer than 2 weeks...i know i'm a sook. plus i will save money this way. me being me though i already have my next million dollars spend, haha. i'm buying a sweet ass mountain bike when i get back plus i'm thinking of getting a motorcycle...can't forget about all the ink i have planned.
in other news i've been thinking of trying to open a bar. i've always wanted to own some kind of bussiness, gees i already had an indoors skatepark, well it wasn't a business but i could've made a shit load from it...but i'm a nice guy, haha. i have a general idea how things work...i mean i grew up along side my father & he's been running businesses for over 30 years. i've been to the bank, it maybe tricky...to me thats fun so theres hoping some flashy item does not fly pass my line of sign

yeah so for anyone who read my last journal post knows i'm planning a trip across the country. i'm super stroked about that alone but i figured hey i'm check to see if any concerts are on the go while i'm in calgary...just happens the warped tour will be in town around the sametime...right away i flipped out but then i got the band list & i fucking lost it, i swear.
NOFX, AFI, rise against, flashlight brown...which are all my favorites...along with anti-flag, motion city soundtrack, bouncing souls...oh my god!!!!
