Could I have picked a better time to be stuck in tuscaloosa? Hell naw. My friend, while disappointed that my pending legal troubles prevent me from joining him in Fort Collins, Colorado, his wife is jealous. She is super, super jealous that I get to be here (by choice or not).
On an odd note, one of my friends wanted me to come out to the bars on the late end. I had been drinkin since noon and I was tired. I've also grown tired of this game we keep playing with each other. Its a sick game of "who needs who more". We need to stop it. But for whatever my reasons were, shortly after I told her I was in no condition to drive out there, a bunch of the football players showed up (pictures to be posted on facebook soon). Aparently J.P.W. got shitfaced. Fuck...I should have pounded some redbull and rode out.

facebook recently made changes that many people hated. of course, the logical thing to do in observing this is NOT do the exact same sort of format...it doesnt really matter though, the girls still look the same.

Six days, three near collisions...
Now I understand why bikers put loud pipes on thier bikes. You gotta let the world know you are there. In the last six days I've had three people cut me off like I wasnt even there. Just today I was in the left lane, about to pass a black caddilac. I was only going slightly faster. when I was less than a meter back he decides to change lanes, right on top of me. I came off the throttle and got on the brakes a little, so it didnt get ugly.
Still, I'm having too many close calls. The people in tuscaloosa arent used to bikes, and it shows.

I'm really sketched out. I'm probably going to regret it but I think Im going to look her up on facebook. This is someone who got DX'ed about halfway through my tour in Iraq due to basically not acknowledging my existence (I dont beg people to be my friends, I go find new ones). I think I'll wait until tommorow though, just to see if she does it first. Its a long story I'll never tell because nobody who needs to know was not there to see it for themselves. But basically this is a girl that gave me my bus ticket to the "friend zone" years ago. "Friend zone" is fine, but I think I'm going to persue a pass into the V.I.P. section thereof.
