It was shining, right up until I found out that I'm getting my pay/time cut at work by a fifth and may not be able go at all. After I already bought my tickets, no less.

I believe it is actually a novel, but with accompanying illustrations. Given that JPF's previous work has been poetry and some extremely short fiction, I get the impression he may have been padding it with the "collaboration" angle, but who knows.

As for the Gazette, my god they suck. Might as well just burn the place down and leave Montreal to the free weeklies, who don't know shit either, but at least they look good doing it.
