Good news: I've picked up one, very small, legal type job which should help cover some of the costs my lifestyle is incurring these days. I am also poised to send off my resume for a non-paying gig. I know, no money is lame, but it would give me great experience in both the IP and mediation settings. My two passions at law.

Were you in LA, I could recommend a seriously good attorney/mediator who specializes in entertainment law, heavy on intellectual property and negotiation. My cousin interned with him. Did well.
