i was so bummed that i got reffered to a therapist and they decided i wasn't serious enough.. when i was sitting there unable to get through the day without wanting to disappear, with constant thoughts of selfharm and killing myself 
i might not have 'serious' mental health issues, but i've been dealing with these same issues for as long as i can remember!
diazepam... why only 5 in the house? she only gave me 16 tablets of 2mg i think. but said take one or two max. Its great to talk to someone who knows about this stuff as doctors wont explain anything to me.
Half the problem is that i live in a rural area. In the middle of nowhere, so there isnt even a couseller here atm. Hoping to move to Edinburgh in scotland soon. I know i can't expect better help there, but surely in a city they might be able to deal with these things better?
have a better system at least.
