i have turned into one of those people who goes on crusades about abysmal customer service. I am currently at war with the Post Office (not blaming the posties of course, who are a nice enough bunch and are getting screwed out of a pension by the criminally incompetent fat cat types at the top) who have a catalogue of errors so long and extensive that i will not bother to list it here, suffice to say I have rang them about a million times and, 10 days later, I am still sitting here unable to leave my flat in case they decide to mosey on down and deliver a parcel that should have been delivered fine in the first place. it is not the first time something like this has happened.

I am going to write to my mp, postwatch - the independant post office complaints board, the post office complaints department themselves and anyone else with even the vaguest possible interest in the matter. I'm not going to let go of this one - like a small but persistant dog with it's teeth clamped, vice like, round a stick, I will refuse to let go despite how much I am waved around and others attempt to shake me off.
