i'm so bad at updating....like, horrible.
anyway, this weekend should be a good one. aiden's birthday is today and he's three now! what an old fart he's becoming. i looked at him last night and thought, "how are you three years old already? when did this happen?". i know time flies, but it's still crazy to see it in action.
i'm super looking forward to tomorrow because it's top notch time again at boondocks! that's always a good time and if you live in houston and you're gonna be there, you should come say hi and have a drink with me.
and, finally, my good friend's birthday is sunday, so we will most likely make a ruckus for that.

i thought this was worth a blog, haha
so, i'm sitting at barnes and noble messing around on tumblr and some dude across the cafe starts looking at me and walking toward me. then he starts talking and i took out one of my earphones and asked him what he said and he asked me if i knew him so i told him no because i, clearly, don't. then he asks my name and sticks his hand out for me to shake it right after i blew my nose and he told me his name is "change" or something like that, haha, and he asks if i wanna buy his gospel cd. when i told him i didn't have cash and he walked away, i was just like "what. the. heck."

seeing etid was awesome. i seriously had so much fun and i managed to actually get on the stage. i want pictures, though. so if you happen to have any and you'd like to share, i'd love that. i'm real pissed at house of blues for charging $14.99 per picture that their photographers take. it's a bit excessive. but, oh well. someone i know is bound to have pictures.

i bought my ticket for etid so i'm officially going. if you're there, come say hi! seriously
the ballet ("the trilogy: wolfgang amadeus mozart") was amazing. especially the last scene. if you ever get the chance to see it, go! you really should.

i am wasting time before class. i still don't know how i feel about this english class. i'm kind of glad i only have it one night a week. this weekend coming up should be exciting, a chick in one of my classes asked me to take pictures for her to help her out with her portfolio so that's going down tomorrow. i'm pretty stoked on that. and friday i will be getting my etid ticket. who all is going to that show? we should find each other and hang out.
and saturday after work, i'll be downtown at the miller outdoor theatre for a ballet. i'm excited to hang out with more art people and spend time with aiden. so if you're there, look for me....only not in a creepy stalker kind of way.

but i've been super busy lately. i just flew in from pittsburgh last wednesday. i finally got to visit my beau and it was great. my man is amazing.
now i'm back to school and work. but i can't complain. i really enjoy my design class and i think i'm going to enjoy my multimedia class as soon as we actually start doing things. i like to just jump in, haha.
anyway...i miss interacting with people on here and i plan on doing it more. starting now.....

anyway. i just finished my first summer semester. it was tougher than i thought, but i did well. part deux starts tomorrow. next month i get to go see my beau. i'm so excited. i'm amazed my head hasn't exploded. i've been wearing my posi shoes lately, and it's been working. i hooked up two friends and they've hit it off well. call me hitch, even though that movie isn't great, ha. i've given my coworkers cute names. some of them, anyway.
