i have been using this since it came out in 2005. it is kind of like twitter in a way (although i think it has been around longer, but i am not sure, considering i do not know when twitter was founded) only way better!

registration has been closed for ages, but they opened it back up with the new version they just released.

so please go and enjoy! it is the little website that could. a small site making its way in this giant internet world.

but hello everyone!

Well I figured I would let you guys know I'm still alive. And well, I guess. I finally started my backpiece two weeks ago after years of planning it. Yes, I drew them myself. I should only have one session left for these babies:

As most of you already know I got back a couple of days ago from visiting skeeve in Boston. This is my first chance to really update. I had a really good time. (Being off from work had its benefits too.) He is an incredibly sweet guy and I almost had a really hard time leaving.

I also got to visit with a couple of friends from high school that I hadn't seen in 3 years. We went to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory and after dinner skeeve, against my wishes, picked up the bill and paid for all of us. It was very nice of him but also very frustrating.

For further details you can look at his blog from February 7th (the day I left). You guys know how I feel about blogging and, I admit, I'm being a little lazy.

I'm back to the daily grind which, for the moment, isn't so bad.

Apparently I never know what to write in blogs anymore because I spend all my time on nm and bt, which is totally true. Blogs used to be my favorite thing, too. I was a total xanga addict for the longest time. Now I just think they're annoying.

The new year is going well. I feel like it's headed in a really good direction. I have lots of things planned out for it. Like starting cosmetology school, getting my drivers license (Yes, I don't have one... yet.) and moving out. It's a year for positive changes in my life and I'm really excited. I hope everyone's year is going as well as mine is.

I'm really excited about my upcoming vacation too. I'm already taking a week off of work this year (Which is all I took in the whole of 2007 and I will not do that again.) to visit skeeve in Boston. It will be a time to refresh myself from my job. I've become extremely bored and frustrated by it. I'm not doing what I want (Because I want to be on the floor already; building my clientèle.) and it's really bootleg.

But I've been feeling pretty good otherwise. :]

I'm glad they're almost over though. I'm tired of having anxiety attacks when I go to lunch at work.

I'm really happy. This week is going swimmingly. My friend is coming to visit that I haven't seen in nearly a year tonight. I love being spontaneous. One of my other friends is having a blacklight party Friday, so that is going to be a lot of fun. I'm going to try to talk to this boy that I have a crush on at the restaurant in the mall, but that's proving to be difficult since every time I go there he's never there. If this week keeps going as well as it has been that shouldn't be too much of a problem though.

Thanksgiving is coming up really soon and my family still hasn't decided what to do. I hate it when my brothers have Thanksgiving with our father because it's just never the same. Work isn't going to be fun the day after though since I work in a salon. Everyone is going to be shopping and not getting their hair done. Even though the salon that I work in is in the mall. Damn black Friday.
