ahh.... an evening with a glass of wine and pretty pictures on the internet...

crikey tat was a long 2 days... 5am start yesterday to drive for 3 hrs to get to work, end of the day hear my mum had had a fall and so instead of going home i went via her place last night... another 3 hours dive over the peak district in driving rain. Spent today getting on with some work and helping get me mum sorted and then another 3 hour drive home (sadly in the driving rain again) so now here i sit was a bowl of pasta and a big glass of wine... thinking ireally should be doing some more work, but actually writing this lol ... i think i may be falling asleep shortly anyway lol

it's the weekend!! shit it's been a crap couple of weeks... i find myself sitting on fences with pathways and doors and other crap deep and meaningful ways of describing "life"... in reality i think i need a slap in the face with a wet fish, although obviously not causing any harm to the fish concerned... what have u peeps got planned for this weekend? ?

some amazing hale storms today! Sitting outside a cafe , drinking coffee and eatin bread... in the sunshine and luckily under an umbrella, while watching hale stones bounce off the floor... "weather" can be just so amazing lol

so ok, yesterday was bored bored bored but today i have wine and doritoes and internet ... so much for getting any work done tonight lol

so ok, new job, new city in hotel room... sounds great.... stinking cold, runny nose, crap TV channels and roadworks outside window... mmmmmm this isn't quite the idyll i had in mind!
mumble, grumble, wynge wine moan... grumbly old mad shufflin' off to the corner to shake fist at the universe...
