Hey,

Man I've been busy. I haven't been around much - or just fleeting visits when I am. I keep missing blogs - some are pretty important too.
Just found out that one friend had her baby finally - and i missed it by a couple of days. Cyr posted about truck balls and i missed that too. Inexcuseable. (i fucking hate truck balls - my opinion must be heard !!)

I've been busy as hell. Work is busy - i get home exhausted. I haven't been having the 1 - 2 glasses of red wine per day that i promised myself (for the well documented health benefits) because if i do i'll just fall asleep even earlier)

I have a ton of aticles i'm trying to write, I've been doing interviews, photography, volleyball 2 nights a week.
(my kid is in Tae Kwon Do the other nights) I have no free time anymore !! I'm missing meals... not skipping - missing - because i dont have time to eat.


Not sure how long i can keep this up - in desperate need of some balance here.

that being said - i visited and very informally interviewed a fantastic artist/author on the weekend for an upcoming article. This guy is an incredible illustrator and his writing is excellent as well. (plus he's a hell of a nice guy)
