Call the city, it is a LAW that your place be at least 65 or so. Your landlord can get in major shit for not having your heat working, or be on top of getting it fixed if it fails.
That's insane; why does he refuse to turn on the heat? Did they get the gas cut off and can't or something?
we dont have much heat either its been 61 or 62 all month
