I was reading your entry a few days back about being overweight, and I can so totally understand. i feel exactly the same way, I think about this all the time. Right now my self-motivation is at an all time low. I'm just trying to do small things at this time and not beat myself up too badly. I'm purposefully eating less food at each meal, trying to at least move about more during the day, and walk fast when I do. But mostly, just feel overwhelmed by life and everything right now.

Sweet home Chicago! How I miss thee! I'd seriously come up to Midway and hang if I was back in my home town. My dad works out near Midway. O'Hare is the best Chi airport though! Sooo much to do on your layover!
