meh.

so me and the girl didnt end up hanging out together. she couldnt get someone to watch her kids. so we're goinb to wait until next weekend.

(tuesday and wednesday are our weekends)

oh well. no big deal. im broke as hell right now anyways, and i dont get paid until friday.

so, since my plans have been foiled, i spent my weekend at home watching some movies.

what did i watch you ask? i watched the entire karate kid box set. including the pretty awful "next karate kid" with hilary swank. i havent seen those movies since i was a kid, and it was definitly a nostalgic trip.

but, now i have nothing else to watch for now. maybe i will go to blockbuster or hollywood video and rent something. any suggestions?

in other news:
my friend is building a pretty kick ass little bar in his back yard. he has a 5 keg fridge, a sink, and a mini dish washer installed. the electricity is working, so that means the fridge is operational. the only think that needs completion is the tiles on the floor and counters, and some molding and maybe some painting.

so since the electricity was working, we decided to go get a keg. unfortunately, we went at like 11 or 12 at night, and the places that we went to were either not selling kegs at that time of night, they had no good beer, or they were simply out of kegs altogether.

so i think he ordered one, and by next week we should be all set to get plastered. im nt particularly fond of beer, in fact the only beer that i like the taste of is corona. but if my goal is to get drunk, i just put up witht he nasty taste until im so drunk i just dont give a shit.

oh, and for his keg fridge, he bought a few keg tap handles, most of them real name brand ones, but by far, this is the best one he bought:
