Go to your profile tab and hit edit and then browse the images on your computer for one you want to have as your picture.

i think the pic has to be 235 by 175. upload a picture to photobucket and resize it.
or if they dont need to be that exact size for members you can still resize pictures there

you gotta open it in photoshop and make it the right size... it tells you what size they want it.
