Introduction

So I have been at the gym hard for about 2 months, I've lost 20 lbs of fat and about 10 gained back in muscle. I've toned up a lot and have gotten them gainzzzz in, as you can see. Nothing like water in your diet (about 2 gallons a day) and curving your meals (smaller portions)... Oh and I got these amazingly comfy underwear and I think they're my fave... Enjoy the view
