Ever walk into some rich bitch store and as you’re walking by a snooty customer look at them and give a blood curdling yell, till they ask you to please don't hurt them.

Ever had a telemarketer ask “how are you doing to day” and then proceed to tell them all about your day in a long drawn out monolog, till they hang up.

Finally, I have a broadband pipe to my house. After years of waiting I finally have it. The world is mine, oh so very mine. Mad! Mad, you say. Fuck off slog.

So the very first thing this morning I went out and got all Netgear network shit. Firewalled wireless router and four cards and a shit load of wire with some RJ45 connectors and plugs. Spent all day under my house running wire and now I’m all hooked up and killed the fatted calf. Woot! Why wire, when you have a wireless router you say? He he he, because of LAN parties you fool. Huge LAN parties. I, will max out that router soon and see how many I can get on it. Muuuurrrrhahhahaha.

Well the sling swing is done finally, and my customer should be out here on Monday for testing and review. Not sure how to go about testing some thing like this without some one in it for a session. I’m sure she thinks that she is going to get me in that thing, but I’ll see how I’m feeling about it then. What I do know is that I slung about 600lbs of weight from the center point and the frame flex was less than 1/16th of an inch. So I’m going to rate this center point at 500lbs, the fixed sling points(4) at 200lbs and the moving sling points (14) at 50lbs. I know that they can handle more, but for safety sake, if all of them get used at the same time the dynamic stress could be more than the frame as a whole can handle. No pics yet, gotta ask my customer first. Ya know it's her shit and all.

Took out my "Whale Tail" boat (we rebulit it to look like a old Nam PT boat) on Lake Norman this weekend with a bunch of friends. We went all out and made like lake pirates and pissed off a bunch of rich bitches, with the water cannon. Who knew, that a used pressure washer mounted on a home made ring mount would be so entertaining. Pickles was having such a good time wetting down sunbathers on other boats that we had to pry him out the damm thing. Then Sully showed up on his Jet Ski and he started taking girls for rides which was pissed all over by the rest of the blokes, but hell who could really blame him.

The whole crew showed up for the party at Fritz’s and by the time it skunked off the cops had rolled by like five or six times.

One aspect of the party that really stands out. Being older doesn’t mean your slower, lets just say that Mo and I put the all the kids to bed and were on the grill before every one woke up the next day (we both still had pretty good hangovers though).

All and all a good time, just hot as fuck.

The great thing about working for yourself, is that you can skip mondays.

Well my Dom customer showed up today to take a look at how things are coming. The first words out of her mouth were “that thing looks fucking heavy”. She thought it was made of steel, but when I broke it down for her and handed her the heaviest piece (about 30 lbs or so) so she was surprised when I told her the max stress weight from the center sling is about a thousand lbs. She liked the idea the center sling point on the bottom but said that she probably wouldn’t use it that much, and we scratched it out. The moving sling points were a real big hit with her but the flat strap cross bracing had to go. So I got to brace out the uprights and add about six more moving sling points to this thing and with the final inspection from the customer along with a performance test (me being the biggest guy that she can find to test with hehe) it should be done by the end of next week. We talked about another project that involved a water box and cage but I advised her that lexon and other clear polycarbonates is not my cup of tea. If given enough time that I could cook up something that would suit her needs. Though she did indicate that she was only thinking of adding that sort of session to her work in the future.

I did get to see her “work truck” also today and I have to say, this bitch must have been a girl scout. She had bindings, weights, rope, trodes, clamps, feathers, baby gear, girl/boy gear, strapons, butt plugs, dlidos, vib eggs, enemas, caths, hypos, paddles, whips, shock box, wands, and candles. That’s just what I could remember. It seems she services a wide variety of customers and has used all of the stuff in her “work truck” several times. The real interesting thing is that all the stuff she stocks is new and will only be used once as she just charges the customer for anything extra she has to bring to the session. She just seems to like her job and seems to be really good at it to be doing so well in this area. That, and she it bulit like a fucking goddess in her outfits she showed me in her portfolio.

We did do a little shop talk and it felt like that she was feeling me out as a possible customer, but I’m not sure if I can be bottomed anymore. When I told her this she seemed to take it as a challenge and stated that she was willing to barter for services in lieu of cash. Well, I talked to the wife and she could really have cared less as long as she got her needs met from day to day. I’ll have to think about it, because I don’t know if I really want to add another facet to my life at this time. I’ve got to give her credit, she told me that she could fuck my balls off and have me licking her boots with in an hour or two with her. I wish I could say that has happened before but with my leg injury and nerve damage it takes a whole lot of work to get this boy on the ropes.

Well got the square tube cut dry fitted, and now the fun stuff. I went with 3” wd: 0.25” 6063 T52 aluminum square tubing, for the frame and one inch pins for the assemble points. Got some oversized stock that I’ll tap to make moving sling points on the horizontal and vertical members so the Dom can move them to where she wishes. The welding should go pretty well as long as I don’t get into a rush and do everything right on the first pass. This should be a painfully sweet set up when finished. My customer should be coming out to check and modify, by midweek. The funny thing is she doesn’t remotely look like a Dom, just you run of the mill attractive woman, with a pick up. She must be good because it’s how she makes a living around here, from what she told me. I’m not really sure how she even found me because I don’t advertise and I don’t do much work for any one outside of my regular customers. I’m guessing that someone I know recommended me to her and I’m really the only person I know the is pretty open about their kinky side. Well since my privacy agreement with her is mostly about using her name, I can’t really ask people “Did you send ‘so and so’ my way for some work?” Plus she won’t tell me who did, because of her privacy agreement with them. Hell, I really don’t care that much and this is a project that I can really get into. Might even open a whole new line of work for me.

Was contacted by a woman that wants me to build her a of piece dungeon equipment (a first for me). High strength, light weight, and able to be broken down by one person and moved in a light duty truck. Kinda looks like a picnic canopy without the tarp. The lay out is such that it could be either free standing or fitted over a king sized bed. It will be rated to hold up to 500lbs from a center point and sling points at every stress intersection. I mean you could strap some one down six ways to Sunday with this thing. The problem I’m facing is how to steady the legs of this thing without anchors, but I figured why not use some flat strap to cross brace and have a sling point right in the middle of the floor. That way you can strap them down to the bottom four corners and sling them from the middle top or the other way around. The two flat straps might bow if the sub is strong enough to pull up, but it would have to be like an athlete or something. I’ve got darn near everything laid out and just need to buy the material and put it together. Wonder if the little lady is up to testing it out for me. Or better get the customer to test it out with her. Hell I might give it a try… all in the name of testing my work mind you…. All in the name of quality control.
