First post on this blog ... I don't wait to be read so I don't know if I will post often.
Anyway, at least, I am free ..

a few weeks ago, one of my friends sent me a Tantra ...
you know, kind of spam that you are supposed to transfer to your contacts.
This one told many obvious things about way of living : "
take time for you,
Tell to your friends that you love them,
take care of your body
breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a beggar
When you walk in the street, smile
....

Usually, this kind of mail goes directly to the trash, without I read it.
I don't know why, this time, I read it.
And moreover, at the end, I just thought that may be it was time to start to follow some of those easy rules..

So I smile when I walk in the street, I started again to do some sports and tried to reduce what I eat ...

This same friend, a few days after, showed me SuicideGirls.

He is a good friend,

I did not tell him yet I was on this site ... Too many personnal things to say. But if he comes here, he will know.
